Eyo Ephraim was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland. His path was shaped by an uncommon combination — the precision of engineering and the strategy of finance. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, then returned to the DC metro area to complete a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management in 2019.
Before founding Stripe Management, Eyo built a distinguished construction career across New York and Washington DC — working on landmark projects including the NYU Langone Medical Center and the $65M World War I Memorial in Washington DC, delivered 30 days ahead of schedule. Over his career he managed more than $100 million in capital projects totaling over 200,000 square feet, leading teams of 50 to 60 people at a time.
In 2018, he founded both Stripe Management and Ephraim Holdings LLC — leveraging his construction expertise, financial management education, and firsthand experience as a Maryland real estate investor to create a property management company built around what investors actually need. He holds a personal portfolio of residential rental properties leased to tenants across the MD, DC, and VA region.
In 2025, Eyo was recognized by Marquis Who's Who for his expertise in project management and distinguished contributions to the real estate industry. He is also a licensed Maryland real estate agent, a licensed Maryland home improvement contractor, and is actively involved in real estate underwriting, off-market deal sourcing, and private equity collaborations across the DC metro market.
Eyo is happily married and the proud father of three children. A Maryland native — in the summers you'll find him fishing and grilling outdoors. Looking ahead, he aims to expand into real estate investment trusts and forge nonprofit partnerships in the real estate space.
