What is your background?
We have been providing professional services to business owners for years, specializing in project management, maintenance, asset improvement, and licensed home improvement. We believe there's a need for our experience and expertise in the management industry.
What kind of properties do you manage?
We work with commercial properties, single-family and multi-family residential units. We also help HOAs manage their communities.
Where do you manage property?
We work in Prince George's County, Montgomery County, Washington D.C., Capitol Heights, District Heights, and the full DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia).
How much do your services cost?
Two fees — 8% of gross monthly rent for full management, plus a one-time tenant placement fee when we place a tenant. No hidden charges, no maintenance markups, no inspection fees. That's it.
I only have one or two rentals — is Stripe Management right for me?
Absolutely. Many of our best client relationships started with a single property. We work with landlords at every scale — whether you own one rental home or a 20-unit portfolio. Our flat 8% fee and no hidden costs model makes us especially valuable for individual landlords who are tired of being nickel-and-dimed by other management companies.
